Cover Design ($99): delivered within 5 business days of your clock-start date.
Studio Bundle ($449 for the first 10 authors, then $499): delivered within 14 business days of your clock-start date.
Business days are Monday to Friday, not counting US public holidays. Your clock starts on the day Sarah emails to confirm your brief is complete (all 5 fields filled in: email, package, book title, brief, and files link, and your files link opens). She sends that email within 1 business day of getting a complete brief. If you owe a word-count invoice, your clock starts when it's paid.
Full refund any time before work starts; no refund after. Work starts on your clock-start date. See the refund policy for how to ask.
Include the email you used at checkout and what you bought, so we can find your order quickly.
